FG Makes Good Its Promise, Evacuates 270 Nigerians From UK

The Nigerian government on Friday made good their promise to evacuate the stranded Nigerians in the United Kingdom over the deadly coronavirus.

The 270 passengers arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos around 01.43 pm on Friday

Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission also confirmed their arrival.

She said: “The first evacuation from the Uk has landed in Lagos. The passengers will be proceeding to Abuja where they will be on 14-day compulsory isolation.”
