The hope of Labour Party standard bearer, Mr Peter Obi of becoming Nigerian President in 2023 has rekindled, as the report obtained on INEC IRev by Labour Party vice-president, Dr Yusuf Datti shows that Obi won the elections.
According to Datti, Peter Obi of the Labour Party won 19 states including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
He added that the People Democratic Party (PDP), led by Atiku Abubakar came second, wining 8 states of the federal.
While the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu came third, wining 7 States and NNPP won 2 States.
Datti who stated that the journey to reclaim the mandate might be long, however told the OBIdients to keep hope alive. According to him, INEC did a dirty job for Tinubu.

Recall that the INEC chairman, Professor Yakubu Mahmood had declared the APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president -elect of the election.
