Lawyer Faces Trial For Allegedly Forged Suit Documents Against Ubah

A lawyer, Eziafa Samuel Enwedo will be arraigned next week for allegedly forged court document to initiate sack of Senator Ifeanyi Uba from the Senate.

The Federal Government that filed the charges against Enwedo wants him prosecuted for allegedly giving false information to INEC about his academic qualifications.

Enwedo and some others recently claimed to have obtained a judgment from the High Court of the Federal  Capital Territory (FCT), purporting to sack Ubah, who represents Anambra South in the Senate.

However, in a six-charge filed on March 12 this year, Enwedo was accused of working with others, including Ubah’s main opposition politician, Obinna Uzor and three others to forge documents relating to the suit.
