Mbaka Denies Prophesying Against Peter Obi

Fr. Ejike Mbaka, the former spiritual leader of Adoration Ministry, Enugu (AMEN), has denied prophesying against Mr. Peter Obi, the candidate for the Labour Party (LP).
In accordance with the church’s directive, he revealed this on Wednesday as he was departing for the Monastery.
Mbaka claimed to have foretold that the former governor of Anambra State will lose the upcoming presidential election In various media reports.
Mbaka stated that he never brought up Obi and advised others not to discuss him at Sunday Mass. He also urged the sources of the rumor to apologize.
“I started hearing that I spoke against Peter Obi after turning over to Fr. Amadi on Sunday.
“I never brought up Obi. Please, whomever is using me as a bargaining chip for the devil to perform any task for anyone is satanic, and they ought to apologize,” he pleaded.
Mbaka, however, advised churchgoers to cease protesting and to keep calm while continuing to pray for him.
On Sunday, the Catholic Diocese of Enugu announced Mbaka’s relocation to the monastery.
On Monday, the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria made it clear that Rev. Fr. Mbaka had not been expelled from the AMEN, despite what had been falsely stated in some places.
Mbaka was advised to spend some time by himself at a monastery because he needed to hear what the Holy Spirit of God had to say.

He claims that I haven’t asked anyone to organize a demonstration for me even though I’ve heard that some individuals are intending to do so.
“I don’t want to hear that anyone protested my trip to the monastery in order to vent their resentment.
Help me, fellow worshipers, to put an end to any protests that anyone might carry out on my behalf.
Instead of a protest or rally intended to support me, it might put my priestly calling in danger.
So, he continued, “promote peace, love, and more prayer during this time. God of heaven will take care of the rest for us in Jesus name.
He emphasized that his absence shouldn’t result in anything terrible that would give the devil even the slightest amount of glory, saying that as a Catholic priest, he must obey the mother church under the vow of obedience.
