Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Nigeria’s Vice President has on Sunday pleaded to Nigerians to pray that God should spare the life of his son who has been tested positive for coronavirus.
Atiku in a tweet said: ”My son has tested positive to coronavirus. He has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management. ”I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers. Stay safe, coronavirus is real.
Today, the States with the confirmed cases of the deadly coronavirus patients are Lagos, Ekiti, Ogun, Oyo and FCT.
In the statistics, Lagos has 22 cases; FCT has 4 cases; Ogun has 2 cases; Ekiti has one case, and Oyo has one case. Nigeria has 30 confirmed cases of COVID-19
Sad enough of the six new cases in Lagos, 3 cases have travel history to high-risk countries in the last 7 days, 2 cases are returning travellers and one is a contact of a confirmed case.
