..As Police Take over Head Office
Staff of the Oando Plc have been asked to stay off work to enable the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigate the allegation levelled against the company.
Meanwhile, the Managing Director of the Oando Plc, Mr Wale Tinubu and the board have been suspended until after the investigation by SEC.
In the interim, SEC has stated that it has set up an interim management team to oversee the affairs of Oando following the suspension of company’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Wale Tinubu.
The Nigeria Police on Monday were seen at the corporate headquarters of the the Oando Plc in Victoria Island enforcing the law.
