President Ramkalawan Condemns Drone Attacks on the United Arab Emirates

On a visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he is participating in the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) Summit 2022, President Wavel Ramkalawan has condemned the recent drone attacks on Abu Dhabi international airport, resulting in the loss of lives and injuries to innocent civilians.

We condemn in the strongest terms those attacks on Abu Dhabi with which we share very close and fraternal relations

“Seychelles stands in solidarity with the UAE. We condemn in the strongest terms those attacks on Abu Dhabi with which we share very close and fraternal relations. We reject terrorism in all its forms and we must be united in fighting it,” declared the President.

In a message addressed to H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces, President Wavel Ramkalawan conveyed his condolences and sympathy to the Government and people of the United Arab Emirates for the loss of lives and material damage caused by this terrorist attack.
