There Are False Voting Units In Imo- PDP

Ray Emeagha, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secretary for Imo State, claims that the state contains fictitious voting locations.
In an interview with Channels TV’s Sunrise Daily, Emeagha made this claim and said that the party had informed INEC of the problem in 2019.
Ray Emeagha stated, “In Imo State, we found that there were bogus voting units in 2019. We notified INEC, and I give them credit for responding and fixing (it), but today they (referring to APC) have returned to the same system.
“Second, is it not true that INEC data is at risk? A local authority that has struggled with insecurity and registered fewer than 12,000 people in 2019 while practically every town was affected by a calamity is now claiming to have registered 86,000 people.
It’s Oru East Local Government, in particular the governor of the state’s ward, which had 46,000 voters this time last year but just 6,000 three years prior. Does INEC’s website have it?

Emeagha also made fun of the state’s ministry of information, referring to it as a factory in the Imo Government House that produces lies and propaganda.
Festus Okoye, the national commissioner of INEC, responded to the accusation by stating that there will be workers and supplies distributed to 176,846 polling locations nationwide.
The commission, he said, had not established any more polling places. Instead, it changed voting tokens and voting token settlements into fully functional polling units.
