 JAMB’s 2023 UTME Results-How to Check

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the UTME, which was held between Tuesday and Monday.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) emphasized that the results that were made public did not include any of the applicants whose exams were moved to Saturday.

It stated that the processing of the candidates with visual impairments, those who were absent, and those who were under investigation was ongoing.

A total of 1, 595, 779 candidates have registered to take the exam in 708 CBT centers in 105 examination locations across the nation, according to a statement from JAMB spokesperson Dr. Fabian Benjamin on Tuesday evening.

He said that all a candidate needed to do to verify their results was text the word “UTMERESULT” to either the number 55019 or 66019 from the phone number they used to register.

“It should be emphasized that the candidates’ status was returned when they examined the results after they were released. For instance, the response would be: YOU WERE ABSENT, RESCHEDULED, OR UNDER INVESTIGATION with regards to candidates who were absent, rescheduled, or under investigation. Therefore, only applicants who do not fall into any of these categories would receive a result, he explained.
