It is now legal in Ekiti to operate the security outfit called Amotekun as its House of Assembly on Friday passed the State Security Network Agency bill 2020 to law.
It was passed because it was adopted by the popular majority of the House.
Lateef Oluwole, the Chairman House Committee, presenting the report on the floor of the house, adding that some amendment was made to the proposed bill after clause-by-clause and point-by-point examination of the bill proposal at the public hearing.
