A 60 year-old-man has been arrested by the police in Delta State for allegedly raping a 13-year-old-girl in Ovwian, Udu council area of the state.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, confirmed the development via telephone to The Nation, Monday.
She said, “yes, it is true. That happened in Ovwian”.
She added that the Delta State Police Command has commenced investigation on the matter.
