The House of Representatives has instructed the clerk of the House to sue Godswill Akpabio, the Minister for Niger Delta Affairs for perjury over allegation of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC contract he could not substantiate.
Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speakers of the House on Thursday at plenary disclosed that he has instructed the Clerk to engage lawyers to file the suit against Akpabio.
According to Gbajabiamila, the legal was coming after the Akpabio failed to respond to the House request to publish the list of members who got contracts from the Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC).
