TRIXX NG reports that a member of the House of Representatives, Hon Chinyere Igwe has been arrested with $500,000 in Rivers state.
This publication understands that Hon Chinyeye Igwe confessed to have received the huge amount of money from PDP presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku for the election holding tomorrow Saturday, 25th of February, 2023.
Alongside the cash recovered, the sharing formula written in a document was also recovered by the police.
Hon. Chinyere Igwe (Member House of Representatives) arrested in the early hours of Friday morning in Port Harcourt with over Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($500,000.00) which he claimed was given to him by Atiku to ensure his electoral success in Rivers State.
