The Olusegun Obasanjo Leadership Institute (OOLI) has congratulated Adm. (Dr) Deji Patricks Bolusemihi, FCIA, following his appointment as Chairman of the College of Fellows, Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) of Nigeria.
The appointment, which takes effect from January 5, 2026, was approved by the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria. It places Dr. Bolusemihi at the helm of one of the Institute’s most influential bodies, responsible for providing leadership direction to the College of Fellows and overseeing its affairs in line with its constitution.
In an official communication, the CIA Governing Council said the decision reflects its confidence in Dr. Bolusemihi’s experience, integrity, and capacity to provide the strategic leadership required to strengthen the College and ensure effective management of its resources.
CIA Council Cites Experience, Professional Excellence
According to the Governing Council, Dr. Bolusemihi’s appointment is anchored on his “longstanding commitment to professional excellence” and his proven record across both public and private sectors. The Council expressed optimism that his leadership will further enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the College of Fellows within the Institute and the broader administrative profession in Nigeria.
