Court of Appeal has sacked Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress.
The three-man panel of the Court of Appeal today affirmed his suspension as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The three-man panel headed by Justice Mohammed Lamido delivered dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.
Lamido, therefore, affirmed the decision of an Abuja High Court which had in early March ordered the Oshiomhole’s suspension as APC Chairman.
