Court Insists that Dr Obadiah Mailafia Must Continue To Honour Police Invites

A former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr Obadiah Mailafia, an application seeking to Stop Police from investigating him has been jettisoned by Jos High Court on Tuesday.

Recall that on three occasions, Dr Mailafia had been was invited by the police for questioning at the Force Headquarters Abuja over his comment on a television interview,
