Liverpool Settle For 1-1 Draw With Man City

Liverpool have eventually settled for a 1-1 draw with Manchester City in Etihad Stadium.

A 32nd-minute goal by Gabriel Jesus cancelled out a penalty scored by Mohammed Sallah.

City’s captain Kelvin De Buryne lost a golden opportunity to put the Pep Guardiola’s city coached side ahead when his penalty kick narrowly missed the target in the first half.

Despite plenty of clear cut chances by both teams, they couldn’t make any count, forcing Liverpool to the third on the table while City remained rooted at 11th.
