Supreme Court Strikes out Suits Challenging Virtual Court

Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour of the Supreme Court has struck out suits filed by Lagos and Ekiti states, challenging the legality of virtual court sittings.

On Tuesday, in a unanimous judgement, Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour declared that as at today virtual court sittings are not unconstitutional.
