Xenophobia: Omokri Advices Osinbajo to Use Presidential Jet to Pick Up Some Stranded Nigerians

A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Reno Omokri, has advised Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo to use his Presidential jet to rescue some stranded Nigerians in South Africa following the xenophobic attacks.

Omokri said since Osinbajo would be attending the funeral of the late Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe which is next door to South Africa, the Vice-President should seize the opportunity to see some stranded Nigerians in South Africa.

He said this in an Instagram post on Friday.

“Dear Pastor Osinbajo, it is good you are representing Nigeria tomorrow at Mugabe’s funeral. Zimbabwe is next door to South Africa. Make sure to stop by to pick up stranded Nigerians in the plane bringing you back. After all, we paid for the plane. But even more importantly, that is what Christ would have done,” Omokri wrote.
