I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice!” Still, Trump signed off with a surprisingly cordial note: “May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration.” For China, the event underscored its growing global influence and military power while reinforcing domestic pride in its wartime resilience.
