Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, were remanded to police custody by a magistrate court in the Yaba neighbourhood of Lagos State on Wednesday.
In order to complete their investigation, the Lagos State Police Command asked that Fashola and the others be held in custody for 30 days.
But, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
