Nigeria Records 153 New Cases of COVID-19 Thursday

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said that Nigeria on Thursday night recorded 153 new cases of COVID-19.

In the breakdown, it indicated that Lagos recorded 81 of the 153 cases, followed by Rivers -21, FCT -11 and Ogun 8.

Others are: “Kaduna – 7, Oyo – 6, Akwa Ibom – 5, Osun – 3, Katsina – 3, Edo – 2, Ebonyi – 2, Nasarawa – 2, Plateau – 1, Kano – 1.”

The 153 new cases have brought total confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 59,001, recording 1,112 deaths and 50,452 discharged cases.
