Senator Akpabio Emerges As Nigeria Senate President of 10th Assembly

A candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator Godswill Akpabio, has emerged the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He has subsequently been sworn in as Nigeria 10th Senate of the 10th assembly.

The former Governor of Akwa Ibom served as a Minister for Niger Delta Affairs from 2019 to 2022, represents Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial zone.
