The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has today Friday, declared the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Senator Douye Diri, Bayelsa Governor-elect.
However, as at the time of filing this report, the certificate of return has not been given to the PDP Governor-elect.
