Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari Thursday handed over the 106.341km Kano-Maiduguri Road, Section III, (Azare-Potiskum) connecting Bauchi and Yobe States to the Bauchi State Government.
Buhari, represented by the Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Maryam Katagum, asked road users to desist from acts that could damage the road.
Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, represented by his deputy, Baba Tela, commended Buhari for approving the dualization and extension of two major highways that connect the state’s metropolis.
