Court Commences Judgement On Olisa Metuh Over N400m Alleged Fraud

A Federal High Court in Abuja has resumed the trial of former spokesman of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Olisa Metuh over alleged N400 million fraud.

Olisa Metuh and his firm, Dextra Investment Limited are accused of receiving N400million unlawfully from the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki.

The former PDP spokesperson is also accused of carrying out transaction of about $2m without going through a financial institution.

Metuh is before Justice Okon Abang, who started reading the judgment a moment ago.
