Idowu Keshinro Case Adjourned to Thursday Due to Absence of Suspects

The ongoing case of the murder of Idowu Keshinro, a staffer of Ikosi-Ejirin local government was stalled today at the court due to the absence of suspects arrested in connecting to the heinous act.

The suspects that include Mukaila Salau AKA Actor, Tiyamiyu Ahmed, Wasiu Suleimon, Bemi, and Ibrahim Ekemode were absent at the Magistrate court, Ogba earlier today.

This publication had earlier reported that the hearing was adjourned to today Tuesday, 26th of November 2024.

When the warder was asked about their absence by the judge, he explained that there was a mixup in the date and that is why he was unable to present them at the court.

However, the judge adjourned the case till Thursday and ordered that the suspects must be physically presented.

It would be recalled that Idowu Keshinro was murdered brutally in April 2024 by the suspects arrested, although several are still at large. In a video recording before he died, Idowu mentioned some of the people he identified when he was attacked and perforated with bullets.

Following the arrests made, the family of the deceased have made several calls to the government to ensure justice prevails as there have been rumours that the suspects arrested have involved higher authorities in an attempt to evade justice.
