Man 75, Nabbed By Police for Defiling 5-Year-Old Girl

The suspect whose name was given as Moses Eze hails from Azuebo village in Eha-Ndiagu, Eha-Alumona in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The septuagenarian is now with the operatives of the state Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in Enugu over his alleged involvement in the defilement of the five-year-old girl.

Confirming the story, the State Police Public Relations Officer, Ebere Amarizu, on Saturday said, “the suspect  defiled a five-year-old girl identified as one Ogechukwu  Olowu  after allegedly luring his victim to the bush”

Amarizu further said, “the victim’s mother had sent her on an errand on that fateful day with  her friend whom the suspect equally dispatched to go and buy something before embarking on the act”
