Nigeria COVID-19 Cases Soars To 12,486, Records 260 On Sunday

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)  has said that Nigeria on Sunday recorded 260 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total infections to 12,486.

This was made known on Sunday night through NCDC official twitter handle, where it also confirmed that 354 have died in Nigeria through the coronavirus.

It, however, stated that thus far 3,959 patients have been treated and discharged since the pandemic hits the land.

”The 260 new cases were reported from 19 states,’ it said.

The breakdown of the state that Abia – 67, FCT – 40, Lagos – 38, Ogun -19, Gombe – 16, Edo – 14, Imo – 9, Kwara – 8, Katsina – 8, Nasarawa – 8, Borno – 8, Kaduna – 6, Bauchi – 5, Ekiti – 4, Niger – 2, Ondo – 2, Plateau – 2, Kano – 2, Sokoto – 2
