Nigeria Records 354 New Cases Of COVID-19 Thursday

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said that Nigeria on Thursday recorded 354 new COVID-19 cases from 17 states of the federation.

This, according to NCDC via its official twitter handle, bring the total COVID-19 cases in the country 45,244 and still counting.

It said that while 354 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed on Thursday, it has so far discharged 32,430.

Meanwhile, in the breakdown of Thursday’s COVID-19 cases, the FCT had the highest number of 78 new cases followed by Lagos with 76.

“Kaduna – 23, Ebonyi – 19, Oyo – 18, Nasarawa – 17, Rivers – 17, Delta – 16, Kwara – 15, Akwa Ibom – 13, Edo – 12, Ogun – 12, Plateau – 11, Kano – 9, Bauchi – 6, Borno – 6, Ekiti – 6,” it added.
