Nigerian Students In Europe Urge Sani Bello On Scholarship Provision For Niger Students

President, Nigerian Students in Europe, Muhammad Bashiru Saidu, has appealed to Niger State Abubakar Sani Bello to provide scholarships for the state’s indigenes to enable them to join their counterparts to study in Europe.

In a statement yesterday, Saidu said: “Our study has revealed that the state government has not been sponsoring its students to study. This is not encouraging, especially when other states are doing their best to sponsor their people to study in Europe”.

He urged the governor to fulfil his campaign promise of ensuring quality education, especially for those citizens willing to go to Europe.
