Minister of State for Health, Olorunnimbe Mamora has said he was not aware of the treatment procedure that cured the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde.
Makinde who had three weeks confessed being positive of coronavirus, had last week declared that was now positive after using some black seed oil mixed with honey, vitamin c and engaging in regular exercises while in isolation.
Mamora, said this on Wednesday during Presidential Task Force briefing on COVID-19, in Abuja the nation’s capital.
The Health Minister said it is only governor Makinde that can answer if he was treated using herbal medicine or not.
His words: “I am not aware of what the treatment protocol his Excellency, Oyo State Governor had to test negative.
“I am not even aware of where he was treated. I will even need that information to make a categorical statement,” he said.
