In a similar trend,  the Imo State House of Assembly, Owerri, on Thursday,  impeached their majority leader, Uche Ogbuagu.

The impeachment move started when Ogbuagu, who represents the Ikeduru state constituency, defected to the All Progressives Congress from Peoples Democratic Party.
