The Presidential Election Petition Court consolidated Peter Obi’s and Atiku’s petitions on Tuesday after hearing the pre-hearing report and presenting the trial schedule.
Justice Haruna Tsammani, the head of the court’s five-member panel, read the pre-hearing report, which contained the court’s decision to consolidate all petitions to be heard as one.
Tsammani then announced that the petition’s hearing would begin on May 30, 2023.
