Why NAOSS Drums Support For Professor Sidi Osho

National Association of Ogun State Students [NAOSS] has expressed a vote of confidence in the choice of Professor Sidi Osho as the Honourable Commissioner for Education in the State.

The National President of NAOSS, Comr. Abidemi Azeez Saka yesterday said the decision of the Ogun State Government on the choice of Professor Sidi Osho as the Commissioner for Education was a welcome development.

Abidemi said: ”As an indigenous student association with over 1.5million students in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, it’s important that we support and recognize indigenes of Ogun state who have a good track record.
”As a student association, the track record of Professor Osho shows she has good intentions for the state.
”Professor Osho Knows the value of Education, and she’s an advocate for good and qualitative Education.
”However,  there are rumours and speculation aimed at tarnishing the image of our newly sworn-in Commissioner for Education.
”We as an association hereby dissociate ourselves from this set of people who are out to attack her personality. They are enemies of Education.

”They don’t know the value of Professor Osho and that’s why they are aiming at her personality.
”We as an association firmly stand against any form of a witch hunt and unnecessary distraction. ”This distraction is caused by enemies of this government and the Ogun State in General.
”That’s why as a progressive-minded Association, we have decided to support the Ogun State Government’s decision and to call all wailers and enemies of good and qualitative Education to desist from their immoral act.
”We, therefore, ask the Ogun State Government to neglect these distractors and focus on the future of building Ogun State together.”
