BY DAYO ADESULU

No fewer than seven people who have invested heavily into the cryptocurrency space have been enlisted into Forbes global billionaires list.

The latest Forbes listed billionaires from cryptocurrency include Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler Winklevoss, Michael Saylor, Tim Draper, Sam Bankman-Fried, Brian Armstrong and Changpeng Zhao.

The seven billionaires now brought the total numbers of cryptocurrency investors who had appeared on Forbes list to twelve over the few years of crypto emergence.

What do you know about these seven distinguished cryptocurrency billionaires who made their money in the dramatic surge in crypto prices? Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss are the twins who adopted crypto early in their lives. The twins used a $65 million settlement that they received Mike Zukaberge after suing Facebook into a personal fortune of $3 billion each. With that proceeds in 2012, the twins began massive investment in Bitcoin which price had surged over the years.

Michael Saylor is the owner of MicroStrategy company. He became the first publicly listed firm to invest in BTC last August. Presently, Saylor is now estimated to have a net worth of $2.3 billion after investing in  Bitcoin before the surge in price.
