Few days after the Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu gave an order to policemen to defend themselves, a policeman in River State has killed a tricycle driver over refusal to give N100.
It was gathered that the victim was gunned down for refusing to give N100 to the policemen.
Followed the death of the tricycle driver which occurred in Rukpoku area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, the riot has begun by his colleagues.
following the killing of a commercial tricyclist identified as Schoolboy by some policemen.

The angry youths and colleagues of the Keke driver popularly called Schoolboy were said to have taken over the Airport Road to protest the incident, which happened at 7:00 am on Thursday.
