While insinuations about former President Goodluck Jonathan running for the 2023 Presidential seat lasted, President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday met with former President Goodluck Jonathan in Aso Rock.
The meeting was held behind closed doors inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja, after the meeting of the Federal Executive Council presided over by Buhari.
Goodluck Jonathan who arrived for the meeting at about 4 pm, declined to speak with any journalist at the end of his closed-door meeting with President Buhari. Neither did President Buhari nor his media team disclosed the purpose and outcome of the duo meeting with the journalists.
