Caleb University Gets NUC Approval For Law Programme

Caleb University, Imota, Lagos, has gotten the approval of the National University Commission (NUC) to run a full-time mode of the LLB Law undergraduate programme.

This was contained in a letter signed by Dr N.B Saliu, Director of Academic Planning for Executive Secretary, NUC and addressed to the University’s Vice-Chancellor.

The commission said the programme is expected to commence in the city campus of the institution with effect from 2020/2021 academic session.

NUC noted that the approval does not cover the part-time mode of delivery of the programme.

“All programmes shall bear only the approved title and nomenclatures and any changes will require the approval of the commission.

“The university is enjoined to provide adequate human and material resources for the growth and development of the approved programme,” the commission said.
