In spite of the declaration of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC that the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP is the winner of the governorship election of 2019, the APC has kicked against this clearance.
Its National Chairman, Mr Adams Oshiomhole on Friday said he rejects the declaration of Senator Douye Diri as Governor-elect of Bayelsa.

Oshiomhole told journalists in an ongoing meeting with him that the decision of INEC to have declared Diri the Governor-elect was illegal.
