Osifeso Congratulates Gov. Abiodun On Awori’s Award

The Aare Atunluse of Aworiland and the Chairman of Mapcotec Nigeria Limited,
Aare (Surveyor) Dr. Segun Osifeso, has felicitated with the Executive Governor of
Ogun State, Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, on the award as the Grand Commander of the
Awori Nation conferred on him by the Olota of Ota, Oba (Professor) Abdulkabir
Obalanlege, and other Awori Obas and chiefs at the 25th celebration of Iganmode Day Festival held at Ansar-u-deen school field, Ota, Ogun State over the weekend.
Aare Osifeso, who made this remark at the Iganmode Day celebration, noted that the
conferment of the award on Governor Abiodun was in recognition of the Ogun State Governor’s sterling qualities, immense contributions and selfless services to the
growth of Ogun State in particular and Nigeria in general.
The Awori high chief further pointed out that the entire loving people of Aworiland
were proud to identify with Prince Abiodun administration’s efforts at restoring the
state’s lost glory since assumption of office.
He stressed that the award on the Ogun State Governor would further reinforce the
confidence of his administration in delivering more responsive leadership to the
people.
Aare Osifeso, therefore, noted that it was the combination of Prince Abiodun’s
sterling qualities and his government’s impacting humanitarian activities that have
won the Ogun State helmsman the accolades and recognition by the entire people of Aworiland.
The Mapcotec boss, however, used the occasion to charge the people not to see the
Iganmode Day Festival as only an avenue to celebrate the rich culture of the Awori
people, but to also see it as an avenue to come together and join hands in community
development.
