WAEC disclosed that the document also carried a forged signature purportedly belonging to the Senior Deputy Registrar and Head of Test Administration, Mr. S.D. Kum.

The examination body urged members of the public to rely only on verified information released through its official communication channels.
WAEC also reassured candidates sitting for the 2026 WASSCE examinations of its commitment to ensuring a credible and hitch-free exercise nationwide.
