2022 Commonwealth Games: Nigerian Amusan Qualifies For Sunday Final

For the first time, a Nigerian representative, Tobi Amusan has qualified the country  for the final of the Women’s 100m Hurdles at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Miss Amusan on Friday with an easy win qualified for the final after clocking 12.40s.

The Nigerian who is the defending champion from four years ago ran her first race since breaking the world record in Oregon at the World Athletics Championships last month.

In three days time (Sunday) Amusan is expected participate in the final scheduled to take place at the Alexander Arena.
