Buhari’s Mamman Daura Reportedly Flown UK For Treatment

President Muhammadu Buhari’s nephew, Mallam Mamman Daura, has been flown to the United Kingdom (UK) for urgent medical attention.

The Sahara Reporters online media broke the news on Thursday, adding that Mallam Mamman Daura was flown out on Wednesday.

Sahara Reporters said: “Daura, 79, was said to have been flown in a private jet to the UK on Wednesday after exhibiting respiratory difficulties with symptoms similar to coronavirus since last Friday.”

Daura made the trip at a time the ban imposed on international flights as one of the ways of curtailing the further spread of COVID-19 in Nigeria has not been lifted.

Daura was said to have been flown to a hospital in the UK in a private jet after manifesting “respiratory difficulties,” fuelling suspicions of COVID-19.
