The Oyo, Kebbi, Kano, Zamfara and Niger states Governors have stormed the Shasha Market of Oyo state to assess the destruction at the scene of the clash between Yoruba and Hausa communities.
Governor, Seyi Makinde, and some northern governors are currently at the Shasha Market to assess the level of destruction at the scene of the clash between Yoruba and Hausa communities with the aim of forestalling a future occurrence.

The governors in attendance are Kebbi State Governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu; Kano State Governor, Abdulahi Ganduje; Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle and Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sanni.
