Terrorists Storm Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Kaduna Kidnap Girls

A gang of terrorists on Thursday stormed the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Kaduna and abducted unspecified numbers of female students.

Kaduna State, Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige confirmed the incident, adding that the exact number of students abducted is unknown.

Jalige said: “They were abducted last night, we have no details of the number of students.

The Police were working with the Army to trace the kidnappers and rescue the students.”

Also, Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, also confirmed the incident, saying the investigation is ongoing.

BBC reports that a witness said half of the female students were taken but not a single male was abducted.
